All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa.

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on the destination.

  • Orders are shipped via Pudo Locker-to-Door or a trusted courier partner.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.
International Orders
At this time, SoulSoke ships within South Africa only.
We look forward to expanding internationally soon.
